I think Brooke is really blah, but on the whole it is a thankless job - asking a bunch of vapid questions where the answers are obvious i.e. You got a 10 - how does that make you feel? I think Samantha had more pizazz overall.

Good point about it being a thankless task. But a co-host should put contestants at ease without being too intrusive. Say nice things; don't ask stupid questions. /SheilaT

SheilaT.. I was channeling surfing earlier and saw that but we can't get that channeling. I agree with you about Brooke. I really wish they would have Samantha back. I never really liked Brooke but tried to give get a chance. When the dancers go to her after they perform she ask them questions that I think sometimes a little off.. and I'm either laughing at the tv or yelling at her.. Lol
BTW.., any word on when DWTS returns and who will be on? Thanks!

It'll be March 19, Angela. Almost two full months! Yes, I really liked Brooke when she was a contestant, but she doesn't have what it takes to be a co-host. Thanks goodness Tom is so good! /SheilaT

Angela, I called Cablevision myself because we used to have GSN and all of a sudden we don't. They can't tell me when we lost it to a higher tier - SPORTS... are they kidding. always looking for more money these crooks. I was interested to see seasons before I started watching. Brooke and Samantha are interchangable to me, I FF'd them both! LOL - kris

I meant to say . . . GSN is airing reruns of some of the early seasons of DWTS. Not the first one or two, I understand, but the one I'm watching now has Heather Mills, Billy Ray Cyrus, Joey Fatone, Leila (Layla?) Ali, Apolo Anton Ono, and others.

The season that Apollo Ono was on was a good one!
