Additional Comments: There is a free eppy of WORLD TURNS at Soap Classics. It has Lisa, Bob, John, Lily, Holden, Dusty, Hal, Kim, who is pregnant with Christopher. I truly felt like I was watching AS THE WORLD TURNS.
Frannie just discovered that Douglas Cummings, her fiance has been stalking Kim. The episode is energetic, sprightly with terrific dialogue.
Frankly, I always felt that Marland was over-rated, but I also give credit where it's due and this is a compelling chapter.
For the most part, those DVD's that Soap Classics have offered have been a letdown to me. I bought the first one, which had a couple of episodes that I admired. I bought Christmas in Oakdale, which was okay. I have no intention of buying Carjack. I wasn't that crazy about them.
While I'm at it, The GUIDING LIGHT DVD with 20 episodes was okay. And I'm on the fence about buying the DVD devoted to Phillip.
Instead of showing a momentous episode, and momentous is certainly subjective, I'd like DVD's that gave us entire story lines.
