Additional Comments: SNL did a skit on the talk and it was hilarious.."julie" "mentioned" how high up the network her husband is.."Sara" covered her face with her sweater.."Osbourne" chick talked all the time and "Leah" kept praising her...loudly.  The view was mentioned and, of course, there were sarcastic remarks by the talk about the view......funny funny...hope the real people saw it and saw what they really are - a bunch of ridiculous has-beens.

I wonder if it's only disgruntled ATWT fans who constantly diss this show?   It's not their fault that ATWT is gone, so why keep keep it up?  Have you ever watched The Talk?  At first they all seemed uncomfortable but they've gotten their groove on and are very entertaining, IMO.  And nice.

I don't watch it every day, but I do like what I see now.  Much better than those screaming, argumentative, RUDE biddies on The View.

I've also heard the ratings are getting much better on The Talk.  And I love me some Sharon O!

  • CannaLily, my mother, a former ATWT fan with over 40 years of ATWT viewing under her belt, enjoys The Talk. Whenever I call her around 2 p.m., she's got it on. Her favorite personality is Holly Robinson Peete. I have no interest in adding it to my DVR recording list, and that's got nothing to do with it taking ATWT's timeslot. I just don't find it interesting, and I don't particularly care for Julie Chen. (eom) Mandi
  • The Talk and the View are equally miserable, IMO. As someone said, they are a group of no-talent, has-beens. If possible, The View has women who have less class than The Talk, and that's saying something.

Sadly, it is a sign of success to be parodied on SNL.
