I ordered some DVDs on November 23 and got a message that my order was shipped on November 28. I have not received it. I went to the Soap Classics web stie and there was no phone number. I tried to send an email, but don't think it went through. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with these people? Some of the DVDs I ordered were presents and I need to get them in the mail.

On Amazon, 'Christmas in Oakdale' is $12.95 but shipping is $16+. Why would the shipping be so outrageous? Maybe I'll wait for a dvd on e-bay.

silver, I just looked at it and the shipping is $2.98. That shipping price ($16.95) sounds like something someone on Ebay would do. Amazon isn't like that. Here's the place to order with the $2.98 shipping. And right now, it looks like there's only one available. fee

- I placed the order Thursday and received my DVD today!!! Shipping was free and did cost them according to the postage on the package -- $1.90 to ship out. I love the DVD, what a wonderful present I gave to myself, LOL (Lila)

recieved both DVDs Free shipping . Return address is Soap Opera ClassicsBVDM 1619 broadway 4th floor new york ny 10019 Some times people steal packages from peoples doorsteps. The news here in Boston were saying that today. It took two weeks or more to get the packages ,yours could be that. Good luck
