Can you come up with any triangles that were worse than Steffy/Liam/Hope, especially long time viewers?
Eee-gads ... and I thought the Rick/Phoebe/Constantine triangle was bad. There were lots of rants about it at the time, lol. Actually, imho, it was more along the lines of silly and inspid.
Hardly anyone could stand Constantine (who nobody could stand, lol), but at least that triangle had a time limit, due to his summer stint on the show - it had a definite beginning and a definite END.
As we all know, this one has no end in sight ................................ :-(

Message: One of the main points of fan's loathing and contempt in this failed triangle, that makes it "Barf Worthy" and "barely view able" is how Lame A$$ has been written into a corner, as a spineless, gutless weasel. WHO wants to watch two gorgeous, rich women, ingratiating themselves and peeing all over themselves, for some spoiled, mealy mouthed, half way "cute" guy, who can't make ANY decision on his own? Literally, Liam has NO original thought process! He NEVER says what HE wants! And, he expects so much more from those around him, than he does from himself. (Well, except for this past Friday when he actually grew a set and ripped up those divorce papers and in very sexy fashion- grabbed Steffy into his arms and kissed her! Hahaha!) Just as quickly though, looks like his "boys" will turn blue, shrivel back up, fall off and he'll be back to whimpering like a puppy and planning his hapless future with Hopeless! Hahaha!

What makes this the worst is that they are the ONLY STORYLINE.
Before if there was a triangle you didn't much care for, there were other storylines going on.
When Constantine was on, I don't think that was the only storyline.

Message: There are several things that make this the WORST triangle in the history of soap operas. The first is that it seems never ending and not really much changes from one day to the next.
Another is that for me, all three major players have been made very unlikeable and not worthy of rooting for and I attribute that to the writers. Another is that the sl and it's players are boring with a capital B.
