What a great finale, lots action, more zombie action then we've had the last few episodes ..lol!
my only problem with it is that it just went by too fast. I think it should have been at least 90 minutes to two hours for the finale :( I did enjoy every minute of it though).
More characters killed off although Patricia and Jimmy were not a big part of things. I'd rather have kept Dale and Shane around instead.
So the secret is out, the group knows that they are all infected (I guess it is airborne) I can understand why Rick kept it a secret till he knew for sure. I don't know why they are all angry at him, he is doing his best to keep them alive. They are lucky to have him. Glad Herschel's character is still there. On the Talking Dead they said that they were going to kill him off but changed plans.
I don't understand Lori at all, first she poisons Rick against Shane, then acts so hurt when she finds out he is dead. I think she was in love with both of them.
Last how creepy is this ?

This will be a new character by the name of Michonne.
Can't wait for season 3!

I was so glad they didn't kill Hershel, I really like him and would like for him to stick around. Got a little teary-eyed when Glenn finally said 'I love you' to Maggie, they are adorable together. And Lori ... ugh!! What a horrible woman, I hope the zombies get her. LOL!!!
I felt so bad for Rick, for 24 hours, his life has included 'kill or be killed' with his best friend, fighting zombies, his wife turned on him (even slapping at him in front of the group), and the rest of them acting like he betrayed them, not to mention dealing with his bratty son and all of them losing the safety of the farm along with all of their supplies. Give the poor guy a break, he's doing the best he can!
See what I mean, I'm obsessed with this show. lol! I haven't been this interested in a TV show in a long long time.

Lori's reaction just sickened me. She really showed her true colors, didn't she? I think she liked knowing she had both of them on a string. When Andrea called her out a few weeks ago, I was cheering her on because she was dead-on accurate in her assessment of Lori. I couldn't believe how repulsed she seemed to Rick's confession...didn't she realize how hard it was for him to do? He had been pushed and pushed and pushed for weeks (and almost killed when they were going to drop off Randall), finally does something about Shane (as she had told him to do) and then she offers no consolation or support?
I really think that, along with the group's reaction to the Everyone's Infected reveal, pushed Rick over the edge. They all look to him for leadership and then criticize it. He doesn't have all the answers and is doing his best. Can you even imagine that situation?? They are all so vulnerable now without the security of the farm. They left with NOTHING. I know they are scared but still...they shouldn't gang up on Rick.
Did anyone besides Andrea and Dale know that Lori was involved with Shane?? Maybe if the others knew of it they would understand why Rick killed him.
Michonne's reveal was waaay too cool! I was so worried about Andrea. I was thinking the other group was going to save her then hold her hostage (or worse!!). Michonne is supposed to be a very bad-@ss character who (according to Robert Kirkman last night on The Talking Dead) is the only survivor who knows HOW to survive and what to do. I have no idea how or if they even meet up with our gang or if they all wander over to the prison at the same time.
I wonder too what role Merle is going to play in S3?? Will he be hell-bent on revenge on T-Dog and Rick? Will Darryl side with him or stick with the group? Is he a bad guy or has he changed ways? Is he a walker??
So many questions. How in the world can I wait until OCTOBER?????????????

Lori gets on my last nerve. She was playing both of those guys against each other and I was really ticked last night at her reaction to Rick killing Shane. As he said, his "hands are clean." He did what he had to do. When Andrea read her the riot act in the kitchen a couple weeks ago, about her acting like queen bee with a husband, a boyfriend and not losing anyone close to her yet because Carl came back, she was absolutely right.
Carl gets on my last nerve as well! No one watches that kid and he never does as he's told. Grrrrr....
I was really hoping they wouldn't kill Herschel. Very glad he's still around. The two kids of his that got killed...eh, who cares? We never saw them anyway. I did almost cry last week when Dale died, though. With Shane, I cheered. LOL!
Apparently Michonne is one of the most popular characters in the comic book series. I can't wait to see more of her next season! And they showed the prison at the end of the show as well, which supposedly people who have read the books (I haven't) have been waiting for.
I was sad to see the farm overrun like that. They will never feel safe anywhere again, you know? And I knew from reading online about the virus being airborne; I didn't know that RICK knew that, though! So that was a surprise for me. And I don't blame him one bit for not telling the others.
