Sonny is the crown prince of dog poop! He and Michael deserve everything Todd dishes out and more. Actually, I was hoping Todd would let Michael have it right between the eye. Todd was way too nice, and I think it was because of Carly.
Not one person has called Michael on his hypocrisy. I thought Todd would be the one to point out to Mikie that his going after Starr is laughable considering his father threatens to kill somebody at least once a week. Michael would never turn his father in, but he is okay with turning Starr in just because she had the nerve to challenge daddy dearest.

Crown Prince my patootie. Michael is a scum just like Sonny. he shot Kate the first time so,she did kill Starr's family? So in a round about way he is responsible. If they keep it ,it was Connie. he wasn't much more than a child when he bought a gun and used it! Starr didn't shoot Sonny but,I won't hold it against her for ever.
I hope Sonny has finally met his match in Todd. No other character under Guza ever let anyone else win.
Michael is not good enough for Starr. He knows his father tried to kill Johnny, and almost killed Krissy. he didn't bat an eye and he certainly didn't call the police then. He said Jax deserved to die in the plane Sonny booby trapped etc. Michael wants to be in the mob,now his itty bitty feelins are hurt because Starr wants to kill his so called father?
Sonny breaks the law everyday, and Starr should go to jail. Michael is another scummy. The unholy three plus half.
I hope Todd shows Sonny what its like to get your hands dirty and takes him down, and Jason also. Then I hope Sam realizes McBain is so much better.
So Todd's a nut case, what does that make Sonny.A murdering killer who makes businesses pay for protection. Coleman comes to mind. SO if Todd's evil that makes Sonny evil incarnate.
I want to see Todd destroy him completely. And I never want to see Starr near Mykill.

Crown Prince my great aunt Fanny. Thanks for the laugh, tho.
Todd and Tea can do whatever they please. I have no worries for them. I can only hope that Sonny has finally met his match in Todd. As for Alexis, I think she and Tea are two peas in a pod and more likely to have a grudging respect for each other.
No one if going after Michael anyway. I'd say Todd handled himself with quite a bit of restraint under the circumstances.

As a long time OLTL fan, I have had love/hate feelings for Todd but I would rather have him in my camp than Sonny. Absolutely hate Sonny and Michael makes me sick! I keep thinking of Michael months back when he kept insisting that he prove himself to his father by getting into the business even though Jason and his Father kept telling him NO!!!!!! He acted like a spoiled little child, which he was, going off half cocked with a gun trying to prove to himself that he was as good as his Father! They both need to come down!!!!!!

Too funny. First off Alexis can hold her own. I can't wait to see Tea and Alexis go at it in court. It will be so much fun. Problem is I would be routing for both.
As far as Michael goes, I don't think he should have had Starr arrested but it makes for a good soap story. I don't want them together and I'm not interested in Michael either.
When was Sonny crowned King? LOL. IMO if anyone would be King of PC it would be Luke and that would make Lucky our crown prince.

Surely you can't be calling Sonny et al Port Charles royalty? This is the mob you're defending: murderers, crime, scum, and enough money to buy their way out of trouble. I say let Todd and Tea try to take them down and we'll see how it all shakes out.

'The Crown Prince', haha!! That's funny.
I was thinking the total opposite, tho. Sonny may be an evil mobster and capable of cold blooded murder, but Todd Manning is a psychopath who is so damaged and disturbed that he could murder Michael in cold blood and then take Carly out dancing. He doesn't give a damn about anything right now, except saving his dingbat daughter, Starr. I would be a whole lot more afraid of Todd than Sonny. It's one thing to deal with evil, but it's another to deal with Todd. The dude is freaking insane by any and every definition. He's never paid for any crime and he probably never will.

I wrote my post before I read yours, luvgl - we are of the same opinion. Luna
Todd could murder Michael in cold blood and then take Carly out dancing. LOL. I so agree with you, and I know I should feel really bad for loving the character, but I would put my money on Todd, any day. Of course, it would be nice if Todd were to kill Sonny first, just for practice. dd
if Todd is truly this bad,is it wrong that I am really enjoying him so much. I am rooting for him. With little knowledge of his history, I find myself wanting him to take no prisoners with Sonny and crew. Are we supposed to be torn about him? he's bad but he's not? Maybe it's his charisma and comedic twist. am i rooting for an actual villian or is he misunderstood?just plain crazy? were OLTL fans split into Todd love/hate camps? either way I approve of his targets. IDK but I can't wait to see what he does next. kimba
Youre not misunderstanding Kimba. Todd Manning is NOT a ''good guy''...he IS however MENTAL - Rhyzzin
Kimba, Todd has a passionate fan base. He IS bad and he IS crazy. But he also is funny, smart and can be very vulnerable. Sometimes he's misunderstood, and teeters the line between anti-hero and villain. He's done some really rotten things, but he's also done some wonderful things. One of the reasons I love Todd so much - aside from the talent of Roger Howarth - is that Todd is just so dynamic and full of life. He jumps off the screen, and even when he's being awful, he also has no illusions about himself. He knows he's damaged and knows he's not a nice guy. For the most part, hypocrisy isn't one of his vices. I'd say that for the most part OLTL fans either loved or hated him, but IMO passions usually ran higher as to a) what women he was with, and b) what actor played him better - Roger Howarth or Trevor St. John. Both were great, but for me, Roger is the real deal...Boome
Thanks Rhyzzin and Boome, It helps to know that what I'm feeling is somewhat of a consensus. The guy is an enigma. i hope he sticks around and hates Sonny for a long time. GH is lucky to have him. kimba
Boome, I think you gave Kimba a great answer to her question. I've been sitting here trying to figure out how to express it and you have done so better than I ever could. There is something about Todd in the way that he allows us to see his vulnerability all the while being a complete jerk doing unspeakable things that we could never forgive anyone else for doing.
i agree,it was a great answer to something that I knew i felt but didn't really understand.I appreciate you taking the time to explain it so perfectly. very complex character brilliantly portrayed. makes me regret not watching OLTL while I had the chance.kimba
Thanks! :-) It was my pleasure!...Boome
Oh, and when you have a nice long chunk of time at your disposal, all of Todd's story is on Youtube - from the very beginning in 1992 onward. You can see for yourself how awful he was at the beginning - during the rape of Marty Saybrooke - to how vulnerable he became. Some great stuff!...Boome
:-) Rhyzzin
With all of Sonny's 'crying' about Deek and his childhood, I just can't sympathize with him. The more he talks, the more nauceated I become. It's true about Todd though. He makes the character 'human' in many ways. I like both Roger and Trevor in the role of Todd. They each brought/bring their own wonderful versions of Todd to us. Luna
