So you think you can dance Judges are here in Atlanta at the Fox Theatre..saw only one on tv..Mary Murphy. I've been to this theatre a lot to see the "Nutcracker Suite"..it's an historic building.
I realized that if i want to wake up without a twist in my back with spasms..I have to sleep all covered up in my sweat pants, sweat shirt of some kind and covered in my heavy robe. If the slightest chill gets under the covers..I'm in agony. Yesterday morning I had a hard time getting out of bed..i forgot to put on the robe.
One more thing..I have to NOT drink coffee after five p.m. It takes a long time for all that liquid to travel down into the bladder..more pain for me in my lower back trying to get out of bed in the morning.
Two Items I use before going to sleep at night..
Botanic Spas..Collagen & Elastin Skin Creme and Botanic Spas for Puffy Eyes. I need that to keep my skin from sagging a bit when I wake up..keep my skin tight. what I realized with every cosmetic product we use..sooner or later your body gets used to the product and becomes ineffective. It's a vicious cycle..find something that works but sooner, you must find something else just as good..Murphy's Law.
Woo Hoo...I don't like Mary Murphy after the first season of her screaming I stopped watching.
I absolutly drink coffee all the time no stopping me lol
Need that evening ritual also to keep my face in place..don't want to wake up in the morning and trip over it.lol
I feel for you with the pain.... only pain I have is in my hands and that's bad enough
