Nothing much going on around here except we had a few inches of snow like the rest of America the other week, but this weekend has been absolutely gorgeous!
I will try to check on here more often and hope everyone is well! :)

Most likely no one will see this I''m so slow responding.
It is snowing like the dickens, expecting 8 to 10 inches ugh.
I had a real tough year last year but now it is looking much better now at least I can now walk without a cane and tremendus amount of pain thanks to a new DR.
Ash id doing great. She moved back home with us a couple of weeks ago gave up her apartment think she missed us.
Brett is in a new rehab center, hope they can help him more than the last. he is still in a wheelchair but speech is slightly better.

I check here every week or so ... I'm on Facebook and see Sammie, but I don't do much on it ... I just don't get it and those games drive me NUTS!! It takes me ages to wade through all the farm animals bought or traded or whatever just to see if there's anything that's applicable to me!!
Still don't have much to commend me. Just going along. But I guess that beats the alternative!!!

Come here every so often to see if anything has happened. Like everyone else I spend most of my time on facebook. Keep up with SugarBee that way. I tried Joanne's email but it didn't work. I even took out the extra o I think she added :-( zambella@msn.com here. Unlike Q, I'm enjoying the VA snow :-) Built a GREAT snowman Sunday that I'm sure is flat in the yard now, he was leaning quite a bit yesterday afternoon. Sure do miss catching up with everyone here though.

I still have this site bookmarked and check it probably daily.
Not too much new here. Hate all the snow we've had in NC and VA. I thought I moved down here to get away from it!
Gonna be a busy year. Awaiting the third grandchild within the next 5 weeks or so. We have 3 weddings to go to (none of my kids!) and one's in California. We'll also be flying out to Denver to Jam's graduation from grad school in early May. She's looking for jobs again - back in the Chicago area. She loves Colorado for the outdoor life, the beauty, the food, but she's not thrilled with the lack of emphasis they place on the arts in the public schools. LOL, she says they worry more about having organic food in the lunch room than they do about music teachers. And since she's a music teacher, it's back to Illinois, I guess.
Son is still working in Roanoke and commuting from our summer home. We're now charging him rent because the heat bill is a lot higher with someone living there in this weather.
January/Feb are my months for my annual physical, mammogram, colonoscopy, bone density scan, etc. So far, I'm passing everything. Now I can live the rest of the year knowing I had a clean bill of health at the beginning of the year.
Dat's it fer me
