Additional Comments: robin gibb passed today from cancer, i read he had colon and liver cancer. we just lost donna summer a few days ago, now robin. i can't believe barry is the lone member of one of the greatest groups, ever the bee gees. rip robin.

I agree with Money Honey - I was so surprised and happy that he recently came thru his coma, since I thought that meant he would survive. Sadly, I guess he was too far gone to come back. I had a sister who died of liver cancer, too, and it isn't pretty; if it's advanced it generally moves to the brain. Though, it's a pretty quick death, considering, so that's a blessing.

I'm so glad "Glee" did that Bee Gees/disco special recently, and hope he got to hear about it, at least. The Bee Gees were a huge part of the culture in the 70s and he was owed a tribute during his lifetime. (Though I'm sure they've received other honors over the years, too; it's just nice to know a current, popular TV show acknowledged them.)

R-I-P Robin. I thought that he would make it a little longer when he came out of the coma, but God knows best. The brothers had the best blending voices, and I love their songs.
