The whole Newman Abbott clan really turned me off yesterday so much
so I didn't even feel sorry for Jack. I mean instead of thnking
about Patti and what SHE did all they could think of was Gen
buying BON. Well if they were so worried about that they
could have bought the company themselves...but no
Ashley didn't want to help Jack get the company..
Quit thinking about Gen and realize that Patti is the
one who put their precious Jack in the hospital.

What I didn't understand was why the Newmans were at the wedding at all. When Nikki went to see Jack and spilled the beans about Gen, I thought they pretty much said something about her not going to be at the wedding. Just so that Victor could take charge of everything ? He has to be in the forefront of everything.
Actually, I can see the Abbott's being upset. While it might be legal, it was an incredibly sneaky and insensitive thing for Gen to do to her prospective (and BON-obsessed) groom. Also she looked at his bid without telling him she would be competing with it. Then she did leaves him standing at the altar. If a family member was shot it would be hard for them to be rational in those circumstance.

Tracy surprised me with her agreeing with the whole group. Usually she is the voice of reason. She even gave the old goat her daughter's heart when others tried to talk her out of it. I was disappointed in Genny today too, she didn't even open her mouth but I guess ''shock'' at what happened to Auntjack because of Myrna Murdock would have shocked the kerap out of me too!

I was going to post something similar..I was pretty disgusted with the way the entire group shunned Gen from the hospital about something that is really only between Jack and Gen. They don't know that she wasn't going to give it to Jack or anything else about her plans. She wanted BON before she and Jack got really involved - engaged, etc. They didn't ask her side and her buying BON was NOT the reason Jack got shot!
