Additional Comments: hi guys - quick question about our girl Gen....why does she not have an Australian accent also? Colin did...The Evil Cane Twin Brother did....Cane does....can't remember if Samantha did or not....why not Gen? Was she an American that Colin met or something? It might have been brought up on the show, did I miss it?

At one time she said she was American. I don't recall or if it was ever mentioned how she met Colin.

As far as I know it has never been mentioned where she is from. Since there is no Australian accent I assumed she is not Australian. I know she was very young when they met and got married. Maybe her parents were in the military or something and they met in Australia. Or maybe Colin was in the US and took her along back with him.

I do believe it was brought up or hinted at, that she is and was an American when she met Colin. Some people acquire the accent of the people of another country if they are living there, others do not. Obviously Gen didn't.

I also remember it coming up that Gen was American when she met Colin but can't remember when or where we found out and the story, does anyone remember when it was brought up? Gidge.
