Additional Comments: Now that he tried to manipulate Paul & the police with his story that he over heard the radio dispatch of Patti .He now knows that Adam was her savior who helped her out of the assylum too. I'm so glad Paul's not playing the sucker here.
What will he do next?? Ricky, just please don't help Patti escape....I really don't want to see yet another re-run of a re-run .

Time will tell. But right now (imho) Ricardo seems driven more by ambition, seeking personal fame and fortune. And like Billy Mumphrey, he appears fueled by ''deception, greed, lust and unbridled enthusiasm'' .. lol!
That's a little different from doing crazy, wacky things due to obsessing over a love interest.

Message: I think Ricky will be another Phyllis. An opportunist, not a psychopath. I don't think he is to take either Adam or Patti's place, I think he will take Phyllis' place and Phyllis will be the ethical magazine editor and Ricky will keep trying to write articles that Phyllis used to write.

I doubt it. Although, as I stated in my post above, Ricky may have inherited some of Isabella's psychotic impulses, I think he is moderately sociopathic rather than psychotic. I think he has a grasp on reality that Patty lacks. He seems selfish and not at all hesitant about doing what he thinks needs to be done in order to accomplish his objectives, in this case to have a successful career in journalism.

Message: Ricky's mother was mentally ill and so is his aunt so if this is an inherited gene then it wouldn't surprise me if he turned out to be mentally ill too and the way he has acted from the start makes me believe that this is the case. Of course, I also think he probably has resentment toward Paul for letting his grandparents raise him. Paul should have raised him.
