Politicians! You want to help the ecconomy..? Cut your pay, get rid of all your free perks, give back half your savings to the government, sell those extra homes you only live in once a year..donate that cash to charities that aren't ripping off people who really need help. (unless you live in Egypt where pharaoh's are burried in their wealth..you cant take this with you when your time on earth is over.) I'm positive "Scrooge" is real it's the Government..and even HE had a change of Heart at the end.. lol! Greed is out of control voters. (Amen! Getting off my soapbox. It's time for my soap operas..lol!)

Like a stopped watch, even Rick Perry is right sometimes. He said in yesterday's debate that Congress should cut their pay in half, cut their time in Washington in half, go home, and get jobs like the rest of us.

Message: Good ideas, and I've been thinking the same for a long time. Maybe there are politicians who are doing these things and just need someone to put it out there so we can all hear about it. Sure would be encouraging to know some of them really are in touch with what the average Joe is dealing with.
