I have this nice pizza pan with the air holes. I unwrapped the pizza, took off the plastic wrap. I wrapped the pizza pan in foil wrap to keep it clean..(It's still new and shiny and I wanted to keep it that way a bit longer)
Well, I put the pizza on the pan and put it in the oven..it was baking too fast and almost burned..dummy me..I FORGOT TO REMOVE THE CORD BOARD that was under the pizza.!
I swear the older I get the more forgetful I'm becoming..lol! It's right on the box, remove cord board base! I even turned down the heat of the oven from 400 to 200 degrees half way through the baking process.
I'm sure some of you have done some goofy things cooking in the kitchen..I hate to think I'm the only one whose done this ..lol! I nearly burned totally a perfectly delicious pizza..it was almost impossible to eat..lol!
