Topic: Everyone remember Stackers?

LOL. Some people will probably kill me for bringing this up, but..

Remember when farmer got us all addicted to Stackers? Well I was cleaning out my favorites on my laptop and came across the old link for the game. I clicked on it and the game has been moved to Facebook. So I went on Facebook and if you search for Orbitz Games, there it is, LOL.

So I started playing again...had to start all over because FB does not have my old level saved (I think I originally got up to 10 or 11). Now I'm up to level 7 and addicted again! ARGH!

I think the naughty elf should post the stacker game here again.

We all need a little diversion for the holidays. LOL

Argh!  I got to Level 15, but I lost all my friends in the process.  I kept telling them that I couldn't spend time with them because I had something "important" to do at home, lol.  I broke my cell phone while knocking it off the desk when somebody dared to call me in the middle of a level.

While I never played Stackers, I did play the FB game during winter months, but they are full of malware and trojans. The computer tech guys who fixed my computer twice weren't too nice about expressing their opinions on playing FB games.

It was almost as brilliant as my years-long crusade to defend the good name of L'Bug.

I don't usually play online games but I got addicted to Stackers for awhile and it's all of you peoples' fault!  It WAS fun when I wasn't a nervous wreck playing.

I was a Stacker Addict. It started out innocently enough .. when Farmer casually mentioned it, I remember thinking ''Oh .. maybe I'll check that out .. sounds like fun!'' Ha. It pulled me in as if it was a hunk of metal and I was the world's biggest magnet.

I will admit ~ I became pretty good at it, conquered many levels. And I was quite unpleasant to live with if someone messed with my game and caused me to have to start all over. Although towards the end, before I quit cold turkey, I'd mastered the art of building up my score...so starting over sometimes was part of the challenge of beating my own scores. We had a good run, me and Stacker.  But I haven't played in months (even though just seeing the word Stacker makes my fingers yearn to go searching for it!)

Why did I stop? The reason is simple - - I had no choice. All of that clicking actually broke my computer. LOL! I'm serious. Had to get a new laptop....and haven't gone looking for Stacker ever since.

LOL - I remember how addicted you were. Your posts were funny about it. And I think I remember you saying it was responsible for your computer breaking too. LOL...........DebS
