Topic: Name five items you can reach from where you're sitting right now

Borrowed from a Facebook app - name five items you can reach from where you are sitting right now - the more unusual, the better!

I'll start:

Scented shower gel from the resort we were at last weekend

air duster for cleaning laptop

TV remote (watching CNN - which just went black for some reason)

candles & matches (hey - it adds ambience while online!)

all my banking information (trying to keep my chequebook balanced is much easier on the laptop)

Febreeze

5 parrots

A culinary degree

my passport

vacuum cleaner

unusual.......hmmmmm, let's see

1. small round brass box with ''Cunard Line'' ''1st Class only''

2. small plastic Mickey D's Bluto statue with hands on hips and evil grin on lips

3. My desk sign that says ''A Woman's Place is In Command''.

4. small slot machine bank that says ''Shikey's Jewel Box SANDS Hotel, Las Vegas Nevada'' (my Dad brought it to me when I was about 12)

5. a large Nautilus shell

Sitting in living room wing chair...with laptop, so nothing wildly exciting here:

1. lamp on round table next to me

2. pictures in frames on table next to me

3. cell phone .. yep, on table next to me

4. Slatkin & Co. ''spice'' scented candle .. on coffee table in front of me

5. vase...on coffee table (but my arms would need to be about 4 feet long to reach it without standing up)

I am sitting at my PC desk, so I can reach:

• a pitchpipe
• two books, Screened Out and a book of Louise Gluck's poetry
• a stock certificate I want to sell
• a tiny tape recorder
• a pocket calendar

 Something unusual ?

  A visor cap -  (because my computer is in front of a window.)

  Nine antique cars are all lined up on top of my desk. They are everywhere.

  A container of pina colada tic tacs. Says they are a summer edition.

  A bottle of Wite*Out

  My daily dog calendar

My cat

Battery charger.

One picture frame you can load with digital pics plus one camera which I dropped.  Doesnt recognize or format appropriate card anymore, so there they sit.

Since I'm sitting at the laptop in my office, there's really not much unusual right around me... lamp on desk, printer, headphones, follow-up files for work, Atlas of Ontario, cup of tea,... and my cat Missy who is right here helping me :)  Sorry - that's more than 5.... :)
